2. For first time users of United Diagnostic Laboratory Results Portal, your initial password is your date of birth "ddmmyyyy" format, e.g. 25121970 (December 25, 1970)
3. Patients with laboratory transactions from June 5, 2021 up to present can login to United Diagnostic Laboratory Results Portal.
4. For security purposes, you will be required to change your password after the initial login.
5. If you cannot remember your username and/or password, click here to request for password reset.
5. Most routine laboratory tests may be viewed online. For non-routine tests, issues with viewing of results, issues with logging in or other concerns or to request your patient ID, please email mro.united@gmail.com for assistance. Kindly include a photo of your official receipt for reference.
6. Please save your own personal copies of the results in your personal profile to avoid data loss.
